Use Regent Square holiday house as a home from home and a great base to explore Rye & the surrounding area. This self-catering holiday property is privately-owned, and based in the very centre of the town of Rye with private off street parking. The Hotel opposite has 2 x payable charging points for electric car charging.
Welcome to our Holiday home.
Provided for your comfort is one king bedded room & one room with two x single beds (extra child bed available). Both bedrooms have freeview televisions, hairdryers & USB chargers in the bedside light unit. The Twin bedroom has a DVD player built into television ideal for keeping the children happy.
The bathroom has a fantastic roll top bath for that relaxing soak & a walk in shower to refresh you after
a day spent walking around our lovely town of Rye.
The lounge has a wall hung television, side unit, coffee table & two sofas.
The fitted kitchen has a oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle & washer/dryer. Everything is provided including the kitchen sink...

RATES
Low season: 1 October - end March (Min 3 nights stays)
£145.00 per night(new rate from Oct 24)
High season 1 April - end September (Min 3/4 nights)
£165.00 per night
High season rates apply: School holidays, Bank Holiday weekends, Rye Bonfire weekend & Christmas / New Year.
We do at time's during the year have two nights available when in-between bookings or last minute availability.
These rates are for direct bookings only.
Bookings made via Airbnb will pay a higher rate to cover booking fees paid to Airbnb.
Once a booking has been received by either phone, e-mailing or via the web site booking link we will send an invoice
with payment details for a deposit to be paid to secure your booking. (Payment due within 48 hours) Final payment is due by arrival.
