This is a two bedroom house in Rye town centre complete with parking. You can fit two small cars if required

One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds.

Both bedrooms have tea/coffee trays and a television with freeview.

Each room also has its own bedroom lock.

The one bathroom has a bath and shower fitted over.

The lounge has a television with freeview and a dvd player along with one leather sofa for 3 and an armchair.

The fitted kitchen has a fitted oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer.
In the kitchen there is a table with four chairs.

An iron and ironing board are supplied.

All electric and gas is included in the price.

All linen, towels, flannels and bath-mats are provided.

Bedroom and kitchen windows are fitted with wooden blinds for privacy and lined curtains. Both the kitchen and bathroom are fitted with roller blinds.

Hairdryers are provided.
